PURPOSE

This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Customer may purchase prepaid credits for use on the Jomama Online Shop e-commerce website. These prepaid credits provide a convenient and secure method for Customers to shop on the website, allowing for easy access to products and services offered by the Seller.


PREPAID CREDITS

Prepaid credits are a specialized prepaid system designed specifically for the convenience of Customers, enabling them to efficiently purchase a wide range of products and enjoy exclusive benefits offered by Jomama Online Shop.

Prepaid credits are intended solely for the acquisition of goods and services available on the Jomama Online Shop website. This system aims to provide a streamlined shopping experience, allowing Customers to make purchases quickly and effortlessly without the need for traditional payment methods during checkout.

Prepaid credits are exclusively available to registered members of Jomama Online Shop. To access this feature, Customers must create an account by providing necessary information and agreeing to the website's terms and conditions. Maintaining an active membership status is essential to utilize these credits, and any changes in account status may affect the Customer’s ability to use their prepaid credits.

Prepaid credits are non-transferable and cannot be sold, traded, or gifted to other users. They are tied directly to the Customer’s registered account and cannot be used by anyone other than the account holder. This policy ensures that credits are used only by the individual who purchased them, enhancing security and accountability.

Prepaid credits issued by Jomama Online Shop are solely for use within the Jomama Online Shop and hold no cash or monetary value. As such, Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative payment method, nor can they be exchanged or transferred outside of the Jomama Online Shop.

The Credits issued to customers shall remain valid indefinitely and are not subject to expiration. Customers may retain their Credits for as long as they wish and utilize them at their discretion, without any time constraints or limitations on their use.

Customers may only use prepaid credits for eligible products and services as defined by Jomama Online Shop. The Seller reserves the right to determine which items are eligible for purchase with prepaid credits, including any promotions or special offers. Customers will be informed of any exclusions or limitations that may apply to the use of prepaid credits at the time of purchase.


REFUND

Customers are eligible for a full refund of their Prepaid Credits if the request is made within seven (7) days from the original purchase date. This timeframe allows Customers to evaluate their purchase decision and provides an opportunity for a full refund should they change their mind, ensuring customer satisfaction with the service.

Once the Customer has utilized their Prepaid Credits to make a purchase at Jomama Online Shop, they forfeit the right to request a refund. This policy is implemented to protect the integrity of transactions and ensure that the credits are used as intended. Refunds are only applicable to unused credits within the specified period.

To initiate a refund request, Customers must formally submit their request to Jomama Online Shop within the seven (7) day period. The request must include:

  3. Reason for Refund:

All refund requests will be subject to a verification process, which may take up to fourteen (14) working days. During this period, Jomama Online Shop will:

  1. Confirm that the request falls within the allowable refund period.
  2. Ensure that the Prepaid Credits have not been utilized for purchases.
  3. Validate the information provided in the refund request.

Once verification is complete, the Customer will be informed of the approval status via email.

To process the refund, Customers must provide accurate and complete bank account details, including:

  1. Account Holder’s Name:
  2. Bank Name:
  3. Account Number:

Refunds will be issued exclusively to the Customer’s personal bank account. This policy is in place to protect the Customer’s financial information and ensure that funds are returned securely to the account holder. Transfers will not be made to third-party accounts or any other payment methods. The Customer will receive a confirmation email once the funds have been successfully transferred.


BENEFITS

The Prepaid System may be topped up by customers at any time at Jomama Online Shop. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Jomama Online Shop will conduct Two (2) Seasonal Reward Programs each year, specifically associated with Three (3) Prepaid Top-Up Packages. These programs are designed to offer enhanced rewards and benefits to our valued customers. By participating in the Seasonal Reward Program, customers will have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of exclusive benefits, significantly enhancing their shopping experience.

  1. Customers who purchase Prepaid Credits during the promotional period are eligible for exclusive discounts on a variety of products available in the Jomama Online Shop. These discounts can greatly reduce the overall cost of purchases, making it more affordable to shop for the items they love.<br>During the Seasonal Reward Program, customers are entitled to earn Jcoin based on the amount of their top-up. Jcoin can be utilized to purchase a variety of products available in the Jomama Shopping Mall through Jcoin point deduction, allowing customers to acquire these products at a discounted price.
  2. As part of the Prepaid System, Customers may also receive special gifts or promotional items as a token of appreciation from Jomama Online Shop. These gifts could include seasonal promotions, exclusive items, or surprise bonuses that enhance their shopping experience (“if applicable”).

By taking advantage of the seasonal Prepaid System, Customers not only gain access to immediate savings but also enjoy long-term benefits that enrich their overall shopping experience with Jomama Online Shop. We are committed to rewarding our Customers for their loyalty and ensuring that every shopping experience is both enjoyable and valuable.


PREPAID CATEGORIES

Seasonal Reward Programs, Prepaid System at Jomama Online Shop is organized into several distinct categories, each offering unique benefits and bonuses tailored to enhance the shopping experience for our valued customers:-


Category A: RM 1,000.00 Prepaid Credits

(The Prepaid Credits can be used to purchase any and all products available in the Jomama Online Shop)

Lifetime 3% Discount:

Customers are entitled to a discount of 3% on purchases of JQ, Empress Tonic, Qiss, May & Zymes, Spoons, Goya, and IEM Products.

RM 100 Vouchers:

  • Customers will receive Three (3) Copies of RM 100 vouchers.
  • These vouchers are valid exclusively for the purchase of products from JQ, Empress Tonic and Qiss.
  • Each voucher is valid for a period of Twelve (12) Months from the date of issuance
  • Elsh voucher may only be applied to purchases of RM 500.00 or more per transaction.

Jcoin:

  • Customers will receive 1000 Jcoin.
  • Jcoin is redeemable exclusively at the Jomama Shopping Mall


Category B: RM 3,000.00 Prepaid Credits

(The Prepaid Credits can be used to purchase any and all products available in the Jomama Online Shop)

Lifetime 5% Discount:

Customers are entitled to a discount of 5% on purchases of JQ, Empress Tonic Qiss, May & Zymes, Spoons, Goya, and IEM Products.

RM 100 Vouchers:

  • Customers will receive Sixteen (16) Copies of RM 100 vouchers.
  • These vouchers are valid exclusively for the purchase of products from JQ, Empress Tonic and Qiss.
  • Each voucher is valid for a period of Eighteen (18) Months from the date of issuance.
  • Each voucher may only be applied to purchases of RM 500.00 or more per transaction.

Jcoin:

  • Customers will receive 3000 Jcoin.
  • Jcoin is redeemable exclusively at the Jomama Shopping Mall.


Category C: RM 5,000.00 Prepaid Credits

Lifetime 8% Discount:

(The Prepaid Credits can be used to purchase any and all products available in the Jomama Online Shop)

Customers are entitled to a discount of 8% on purchases of JQ, Empress Tonic Qiss, May & Zymes, Spoons, Goya, and IEM Products.

RM 100 Vouchers:,

  • Customers will receive Thirty-Six (36) RM 100 Vouchers.
  • These vouchers are valid exclusively for the purchase of products from JQ, Empress Tonic, and Qiss.
  • Each voucher is valid for a period of Twenty-Four (24) Months from the date of issuance.
  • Each voucher may only be applied to purchases of RM 500.00 or more per transaction.

Jcoin:

  • Customers will receive 5000 Jcoin.
  • Jcoin is redeemable exclusively at the Jomama Shopping Mall.


Each category is designed to cater to different shopping preferences and needs, ensuring that every Customer finds a suitable option that maximizes their benefits. By choosing the right category of Prepaid Credits, Customers can enjoy an enhanced shopping experience with additional savings, rewards, and surprises.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Prepared Categories governed under this Clause shall be subject to the final discretion of Jomama Online Shop. Jomama Online Shop reserves the right to make any changes to the Prepared Categories at its sole discretion, including but not limited to modifications, deletions, or additions, at any time without prior notice.


DISCLAIMER

The Prepaid Credits provided by Jomama Online Shop do not function as an e-wallet and are not subject to the Financial Act. These credits are intended solely for the purchase of goods and services within the Jomama Online Shop and do not have any cash value. They cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or used outside the scope of the services offered on the website.

Prepaid Credits are strictly non-transferable and are exclusively linked to the Customer’s registered account. This means that they cannot be assigned, sold, or gifted to any other user, ensuring that each Customer retains the exclusive benefits associated with their own credits. Any unauthorized attempts to transfer or share credits will result in the immediate suspension of the account and forfeiture of the credits.

Prepaid Credits are intended solely for the purchase of eligible products and services as defined by Jomama Online Shop. The Seller reserves the right to determine which items are eligible for purchase with Prepaid Credits and may update this list at any time without prior notice. Customers should consult the website for the most current list of eligible items to ensure proper use of their credits.

Prepaid Credits do not accrue interest, dividends, or any other financial benefits. They serve as a method of payment for purchases only and do not represent a financial investment. Customers should understand that these credits are not intended for financial growth or accumulation, but rather as a means to facilitate shopping within the Jomama Online Shop.

Any attempt to use Prepaid Credits fraudulently, including but not limited to the manipulation of account information, unauthorized transactions, or any form of deceptive practices, will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action. Jomama Online Shop reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activities and take necessary actions to protect its interests and those of its Customers.

Jomama Online Shop reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions related to Prepaid Credits at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to Customers via the contact information provided in their account. It is the responsibility of Customers to stay informed about any changes to the terms governing the use of their Prepaid Credits.

This disclaimer and any related disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Customers agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under this disclaimer shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.


ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

The Customer is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account, including but not limited to passwords, usernames, and other login information. This responsibility extends to ensuring that no unauthorized individuals gain access to their account.

Customers should create passwords consisting only numbers. It is recommended that passwords be changed regularly and not be shared with anyone. The Customer should also utilize any additional security features provided by Jomama Online Shop, such as two-factor authentication, if available.

Customers are encouraged to regularly monitor their account activity for any unauthorized transactions or changes. If any suspicious activity is detected, the Customer should report it to the Seller immediately.

The Customer must promptly notify Jomama Online Shop of any unauthorized use of their account or any other security breach. This notification should be made as soon as the Customer becomes aware of the situation, allowing for timely investigation and action.

The Customer acknowledges that they are fully responsible for all activities conducted under their account, including any purchases, communications, or other transactions. Jomama Online Shop shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the Customer’s failure to secure their account information.

In the event of a forgotten password or compromised account, the Customer must follow the account recovery procedures provided by Jomama Online Shop. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their contact information is up to date to facilitate the recovery process.

Jomama Online Shop reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Customer’s account at its discretion if there is any suspected misuse or violation of these terms. In such cases, the Customer will be notified and provided with details regarding the reason for termination.

Customers are responsible for keeping their account information, including email addresses and contact details, current and accurate. Any changes to the account information must be updated promptly to avoid issues with account access or communication.


ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing prepaid credits, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. The Customer acknowledges that they are entering into a binding contract with Jomama Online Shop and that they will comply with all terms set forth herein.
